Friday Rock Night

This weekend my little sister (I say little - she's actually 20) is coming over from our hometown for a little visit and we've made plans to go to my Uni's rock night.

I don't really like being too 'dressy' to rock nights or gigs, so I figured I should find something kinda relaxed to wear.

Coincidentally New Look sent me an email with a 20% off code as I haven't shopped online with them for a little while.
I've been looking for some nice high waist skinny jeans for agesss as, due to my height, jeans with a normal rise always sit on the worst place on my hips and either slip down and make me look like a builder or dig in and give me muffin tops.
So, finding some black, high waist skinny jeans with a 34" leg filled me with joy. Especially as they'd already been reduced to just over £17.

I like getting my moneys worth, so instead of paying £3.95  for delivery because my order was under £20, I decided that I was just going to add an extra £3 to my basket and get my delivery free.

I not only found this gorgeous ring for £3.50, but it had a 'Buy one get one Free' offer on it, so I also got this gold cross ring absolutely free!

With the discount I got the three for around £20. Not bad.

Next on my shopping adventures I stopped over at Topshop's website. Generally I wouldn't bother; as a student (and a tightwad) they're usually out of my price range, but I'd seen this tee that I knew I kinda wanted.

As I'm studying a Science degree I feel it's completely acceptable for me to wear this kind of t-shirt, so I bought it and managed to get a 10% student discount and free postage.

I have a pair of burgundy coloured Vans that I've had for ages, so I also plan on wearing those beauties.

And to finish the outfit off I'll probably fish one of my many leather jackets or black cardis out from my wardrobe. Maybe even some gloves too, seen as it's Winter!

Never mind, lots of wine will warm me right up :)
